UCF HOUSING
For your first year, UCF Global Pathway students live in apartment-style housing on the beautiful University of Central Florida campus, which comes with many benefits.

THE VERGE (OFF-CAMPUS)
The Verge Orlando is a student living apartment community located less than one mile from the University of Central Florida. Our fully furnished four-bedroom student apartments are complete with luxury amenities, creating the ultimate student living experience in Orlando, FL. Step inside your off-campus UCF apartment and indulge in wood-style plank floors, a modern appliance package, granite countertops, a washer and dryer, and FREE high-speed internet. OVERVIEW
Room: Apartment with four private bedrooms and four private bathrooms.
Roommates: Three same-sex roommates.
If you opted for campus housing, your room reservation will be handled through UCF Global.
The Verge housing option is a per-semester commitment (Short-term agreements are available for summer), available on a first-come, first-served basis.

THE TOWERS AT KNIGHTS PLAZA (ON-CAMPUS)
This modern set of apartments is in Knights Plaza (0.3 miles from UCF Global), one of the coolest areas on-campus. In your apartment, you get the privacy of your own bedroom mixed with the social fun of having roommates. And outside The Towers, you’re right next to the convenience of great shops, dining options and fun entertainment.

Room: Apartment with four private bedrooms and two shared bathrooms.
Roommates: Three same-sex roommates.
*DO NOT apply directly to the UCF Housing for housing placement at the Towers. If you opted for on-campus housing for the Towers, your room reservation will be handled through UCF Global.

NORTHVIEW (OFF-CAMPUS)
NorthView apartments has the independence of off-campus living (northeast corner of campus – one mile from UCF Global) as well as the safety and security of UCF-managed housing. Your apartment layout, has four private bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Each apartment is same-sex, but each floor is mixed gender.

Room: Apartment with four private bedrooms and four private bathrooms.
Roommates: Three same-sex roommates.
*DO NOT apply directly to the UCF Housing for housing placement at Northview. If you opted for on-campus housing for Northview, your room reservation will be handled through UCF Global.
Northview housing option is for a 12-month commitment (3 terms required), available on a first-come, first-served basis.
